The floor plan will further develop as we finalize selections. Elevation drawings will be included if any art or hanging items need to be sized and placed

• Itemized budget list so that we stay on target

• A digital design board presentation which will include selected items, materials and design concepts for a fully developed vision of the room

• Includes up to 3 revisions

• Updated budget spreadsheets are provided for final purchasing costs

• Duration: 1-2 months depending on the size and scope of your project

• A bespoke service for interior architecture on your renovation or new build project from concept to completion which includes full drawing sets, concept development, design presentation boards, material + fixture selection , design of any custom millwork, 3D perspectives for visualization assistance, periodically scheduled client/designer review time and project coordination which includes documentation, coordination with tradesmen and contractors, ordering and tracking where agreed upon

• Regular access to communication with me during business hours

• Regularly scheduled site visits
